Do you have a help desk phone number? Canvas won't load. Can I please just get a phone number for customer service so my child can work on his homework on our home computer? If let's him log in but then freezes - He cannot see his dashboard.
What kind of browser are you using for your home computer? The best browsers are Chrome and Firefox. The worst browser is Safari. Please note that Safari and Canvas don't "play" together well.
If you are using either Chrome or Firefox, make sure that you are using the latest update. If you haven't updated your browser in awhile, that can mess up Canvas.

When you are creating a quiz and/or also reviewing a quiz in Canvas after the class has taken it, the questions aren't numbered so after you get past the first few questions, there is no way to even tell what number you are on. Can someone change that?
