My son graduated from middle school two years ago; however, I am still receiving Canvas notifications from his old school. I've been contacting tech support to have our emails removed, but to no avail. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you for contacting the Canvas Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with removing the notifications from an old school. If the school will not assist and remove the account or association, the student can go in and turn off all notifications they have set up for the old school. They will log in, click on account - notifications and disable everything.
