We have students that use the To Do list in the Canvas app to track upcoming assignments. Students are reporting that assignments that are completed are not correctly showing as completed on the To Do list.
This is primarily happening with assignments that are built using an external tool integration (EdPuzzle) -- students either complete the assignment through the integration OR are manually given points for completion by attending a synchronous class session. When the instructor manually adds the grades for these assignments, this does not remove them from the student To Do list in the app.
Any suggestions on how to ensure that when assignments are graded manually rather than through the LTI that they report properly as completed on the To Do list in the Canvas student app?
