Able to edit pdf in canvas mobile app but not on PC.

Question

Hello! I am able to edit pdf, write, make notations , add text etc, in the mobile app version, iOs. But it is completely different when I open a pdf on my computer, windows 11 using internet version.

Does anyone know how to do the same on the computer?

In case anyone else comes across this question, I'd like to give some info in addition to the questions @Chris_Hofer  asked.

For a PC/Mac, you would generally need to have a PDF editing program (of which there are many) installed on your computer, and the download the file from Canvas and open it with that app to work within.  The same is somewhat true of phones as well, but if you have an Android, it might be opening the PDF with google docs online and not really telling you that's what's happening.
