Can you have different Master Scales in ONE sub Account?
Can a root Mastery Scale be different from a sub account scale/

I came across this unanswered question while doing a community cleanup.
According to the How do I manage outcome mastery scales in an accou... - Instructure Community (canvaslms.com) guide, it appears you can only have one scale per account/subaccount, but you can have a different scale on different subaccounts. Which one is used will depend on where the outcome is defined.
