trouble seeing all my tab and sandbox

Good morning,

I have difficulties getting all the tabs on my screen and the sandbox. It seems like it is buffering constantly what can I do to have access to contents and my class? Thank you

There are some general troubleshooting things you can try on your own to hopefully get things resolved on your end:

Check to make sure your browser is up-to-date. I like to recommend either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as their browser of choice. Also, it's a good idea to review this Guide: What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?
Clear your browsing history/cache files. After you do that, close your browser completely, and then restart it. Log back in to Canvas to see if anything has changed for the better.

Talk with someone from Prince George's County Public Schools' Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning department to see if they have any suggestions for you. Or, if you know who your school's local Canvas administrator is, that would be a good resource, too.
Reach out to the folks at the Canvas Help Desk. They might also have some other suggestions for you.
