Quiz Download - non related data downloaded

Hi Community

Have discovered this on a couple of occasions.

We use a quiz for our training delivery evaluations.  A quiz was copied from another course to use in a new course.

For example, the quiz showed that 9 students completed it, and when the excel was downloaded, it showed more entries not related.

Double checking on the course the quiz was copied from didn't provide any answers.

Has this happened to anyone else and if so, did you work out why and how to ensure it didn't happen again?

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
