I have a final exam that is in Canvas. I need to link the pre-existing questions to an outcome. How do I do that? I see how link an outcome to a new question. But I'd rather not have to redo an existing bank.

If you're using Classic Quizzes, you can align banks to Outcomes using the Align Outcome option in the bank itself.
If you're using New Quizzes, the only way to attach questions to outcomes is one at a time. As far as I know, there is no mechanism to align an entire item bank to an Outcome.
