What is the step by step procedure to get classes ready and able to sync to PowerSchool?
I am trying to sync grades into Infinite Campus from Canvas. It is only sending over assignment names not grades. I am getting error code 32e63ff9-08ed-450b-87b2-bf05448b0a70 Has anyone encountered this before? How did you fix it?

Our k-12 public school just began with a new SIS (Infinite Campus) this year. We are trying to sync Canvas grades to Infinite Campus daily, but the automatic sync function, "Grade Passback" is not working, requiring teachers to manually sync.
