I am trying to sync grades into Infinite Campus from Canvas. It is only sending over assignment names not grades. I am getting error code 32e63ff9-08ed-450b-87b2-bf05448b0a70
Has anyone encountered this before? How did you fix it?
Hello @aross150 !
In my time of troubleshooting SIS Errors with I.C. (Infinite Campus) this error you are seeing reminds me of a term we sometimes use called an "Integration ID". This ID I speak of is a special string of numbers and letters that essentially tell I.C. which assignment/quiz/discussion is trying to send grades and then Infinite Campus knows where to send any updates that might be coming for those grades.
Without knowing the full error message this is only speculation, however, we have some information on Error codes that might come up with I.C. that could be beneficial and it talks over what to try if that error code is what you are seeing on the "Grade Sync" tab in the specific course that is trying to send grades.
If you continue to see this error for a specific course it is likely best to get a support case in so our Canvas SIS Team can offer more detailed guidance!
Is there ANY way to automate/force Canvas to sync ungraded assignments with Veracross SIS? right now our only solution is to require teachers to enter a fake grade, sync, and then remove it. I am willing to entertain 3rd party solutions if there is one available.
Hello, Is anyone doing a grade sync from Canvas to Jenzabar? Thanks!
When a student turns in a late assignment, I need it to also show as late in Skyward. Having to go in and manually mark multiple assignments late for 130 students is tedious and time consuming. If Canvas recognizes the assignment as late, the same mark needs to be sent to Skyward when it is synced.
How do I add a student to an existing benchmark assessment tracker? The students were imported from our SIS when tracker was created and this student has recently enrolled.
My school has traditionally used a script to send files for SIS import, and sends CSV files for users, enrollments, courses, etc. I want to transition this import to use full batch imports for each term. I saw the full batch import script below for Powershell, but we use Linux servers. Does anyone have a version they would…
