Dear Mastery Connect, It's time to ask my annual question, can you or why can't you bulk create trackers? If I have 27 sections working off the same map, I should be able to check box all sections that apply. This is ridiculous! And the icing on the cake is that I have multiple classes named the same thing. So I might and…
I have a split class (one Chinese dual-immersion class and one general ed class). I teach them for two subjects. I would really like to create a tracker where I can have all of them in the same tracker. Unfortunately, on Skyward, I have to have them as separate classes. When I go to add a tracker, they are showing as…
Where did the "export scores" go?
I have created the trackers and assigned the test but it does not show up on the students screen.... it says "you do not have any assessments yet"
We have teachers at a specific school who are setting up their trackers for the new school year. When they try to add students, the option to Import students from SIS is not available. This option is available at the other schools in our division. What could be the issue? Any suggestions?
How do I update my Mastery Connect Profile? When I go to Mastery Connect from the Global Navigation menu and click Home, it does not give me the options of updating my role, grade, and subjects I am certified to teach.

I will teach a Foundations of Algebra course and will need to have 6th, 7th, and 8th grade standards addressed on tests (particularly the pre and post test, but on all tests somewhat). I don't see how to access/use…
When using Mastery Tracker to create an assessment, is there a way to format the answer to a math question to be any numeric value in a range between two specified values? I've tried multiple ways and when I test the answers they come back as invalid/incorrect.
We find the Item Analysis report to be especially useful in that you can click on it to see which students answered incorrectly. Is there a way to do this by standard - we would like the color bands to be clickable and display student names. For example: In the "Student Mastery" report, being able to click on the red,…
