I tried to give a MasteryConnect test through Canvas two weeks ago as normal (by creating a Canvas assignment with MasteryConnect as the submission type), but students were unable to access the test. It gave them the error that the test was not found. I ended up giving them a hardcopy of the test and I graded it by hand.…
How can I view standards in my tracker that are all the way to the right? It is like I cannot get it to scroll over and work with all of the standards I added
I'm a new teacher to Mastery Connects. I created a tracker with my curriculum map. I organized my tracker by color coded units, so only assigned standards are shown. Then I began inputting raw score data. When I chose to update my curriculum map with my tracker, all of this data from my tracker disappeared. Only student…
Is there a way to create a custom report for an assessment, clone it and then change the assessment that is used?

I am trying to create a document based assessment and I have a multiple select question that has 7 options instead of just 6. How can I add 7 options to this question when using the document-based assessment creation?
I was not the creator of my tracker and my math tracker has students listed by their FIRST name versus their LAST names!! How can I change it so that I can transfer information from Mastery Connect into my gradebook without going nuts! PLEASE HELLLLPPP!!!!
I have a student that is unable to access the District Formative Assessments (DFA) listed in their assignments. It shows the assessment, but when student selects one, it says they don't have access to them.
I would like to know if there is an option to turn off the scores that the students are able to see after testing. I have come to the realization that it increases test anxiety because students are able to see a number at the end of the assessment ultimately contributing to a negative outlook on testing moving forward.
I created a new tracker but it isn't giving me the link to connect to Canvas. What gives?
