How do I allow students and their parents go back to an assessment to review the information and see what they missed? I know how to get to the assessment, but it says that "teacher has hidden the assessment info". How do I change this?

When I try to launch Mastery from Canvas, it spins and never loads. I cannot try another browser but I tried clearing cache and cookies. Launching Mastery Connect from Canvas still isn't working for me.
