When you click on the link, it goes to the preview in the same tab. How do I make the preview of the file open in a new tab or just open the html in a new tab without the preview?

As a parent/observer, it would be helpful if I could see when my student had marked a module as complete. Currently, when my students mark that they have completed a module, I cannot see it. This makes it very difficult to manage their work. I am using the browser version of Canvas usually in Microsoft Edge.
