- The Agent is currently only available for admins and instructors in the US, LATAM, EMEA, Middle East, and APAC.
- The Agent is fully tested in English. Results in other languages may vary.
Open IgniteAI Agent
On your Dashboard [1], click the IgniteAI icon [2].
Start Conversation
To start a conversation with the agent, select a pre-made prompt [1] or enter your own in the text field [2]. To send your prompt, click the Submit button [3] or press the Enter key.
Review Responses
Review the responses to determine whether the agent provided the information you were looking for.
Provide Feedback
To provide feedback, click the Thumbs Up icon [1] to approve or the Thumbs Down icon [2] if you were not satisfied with the response.
