Yet Another Teacher Needing My Grades and Course Materials

Hello. I'm I guess one of the lucky few who can actually get on here because in addition to my FFT account, I have a parent account through my daughter's school. I'm a homeschool teacher with materials for two courses and grades for one stuck in limbo on the FFT LMS. While I need to get all of my materials exported, the grades are urgent because my high school students have an imminent, state law-mandated deadline to update and turn in their transcripts. I've contacted customer service through the website multiple times with no success. Can someone please get in touch with me and help me out?

You'll need to send a direct message to Kristin Lundstrum - follow this link to another post she has commented on, click her name and then select "message". In my message, I sent her the email address associated with my Free-For-Teacher account, the names of the courses I needed data from, and she then asked for the specific types of data I needed (in my case I needed grades and assignment contents but not student submissions.)

They are apparently not able to give an estimate of when we might get the data sent to us but they say they are working through the requests.
