I need a way to list the H5P embed links available on our drupal server. Anyone has a suggestion on how to do that?

I recommend trying to use the Views Module in Drupal. It will allow you to filter just the H5P content and then have it display with a certain path.
Start by going to: yoursite.com/admin/structure/views/add .
