Retry verification link not working

Question

I had no problem submitting verification the first time but it wasn’t accepted.  I clicked the link below to retry and it asks me to login to Canvas Lite, which I can’t do since my identity wasn’t verified the first time.  I don’t know where to go to resubmit the identity documents so I’m kind of lost.

The link just takes me to the Canvas Lite login page and not the secure pages that let you verify your identity that I went through on my first try.  There really isn't a screenshot that would be helpful.

We'll take a look at the retry flow early next week and get back to you. In the meantime, any screenshot you can share would help us better understand where you get stuck during the sign up.
