Summary:

When filtering the gradebook to view multiple sections setting a default grade will only apply to the latest section selected rather than all of the filtered sections.

Expected Behavior:

The default grade should apply to all students within the selected sections

Steps to Reproduce:

Create a course with multiple sections present, students in each section, and an assignment.
Go to the gradebook and filter by section, selecting multiple.
Attempt to set a default grade for an assignment.
Note that it only applies to students present within the latest section selected.
