To give institutions time to explore IgniteAI Agent, it will be available at no cost for a limited time, with free access for customers outside the U.S. through September 30, 2026.
A note on language support
IgniteAI Agent uses the Claude 3.5 Sonnet v2 model by Anthropic, which supports many languages. We expect strong performance in high-resource languages based on the model’s underlying capabilities. The Agent will typically respond in the language you prompt in. You can also ask it to use a specific language in your prompt.
That being said, our implementation of the Agent has only been tested in English. As a result, experiences may vary when using other languages, and you may notice differences in quality, particularly in languages with less available training data.
We’re continuing to learn and improve as more customers use the Agent globally.
