Summary:
When multiple free draw annotations are made in DocViewer during the same tab session, if an annotation is moved but not explicitly saved before a new one is created, it cannot be edited until the page is reloaded.
Impact:
Users may assume these annotations are no longer editable, and as accidental misclicks while attempting to move annotations can result in this behaviour, it can increase frustration over time.
Steps to Reproduce:
Prerequisites: A document that can be annotated (e.g. a PDF)
- From the preview, select free draw annotation
- Create an annotation and move it
- Do not save it yet.
- Create a second annotation
- Notice the first annotation is no longer selectable until the page is refreshed
