Description of Issue:
On the Catalog Checkout page, the "Seats are reserved" message and the associated countdown timer are skipped from assistive technology users.
Expected Behavior:
Users on screen readers should have an announcement about the rolling countdown.
Actual Behavior:
Screen reader users are not made aware that their enrollment is time-sensitive with a running countdown.
Steps to Reproduce:
Prerequisites: Create a course in Canvas, and enrol at least one student. Associate the Canvas course with a Catalog listing, and enable a "Student Cap" or "Bulk Purchase" to trigger seat reservation.
- As a student, navigate to the Catalog listing and navigate to {{Bulk enrolment}}.
- On the {{Bulk enrolment}} popup box, select a number of seats to purchase/enroll and click {{Claim Seats}}.
- Observe on the Checkout page, the 10-minute timer section is disregarded.<
