Enhanced Task Completion Interface- Admin, Instructors [Delayed]

This feature is currently delayed in the production environment until 2026-03-25.

Summary

The task completion interface includes several updates to the approval and rejection process to improve user clarity and interaction efficiency.

• Interface displays an Approve button and a Reject button upon initial load.
• Provides a Copy button.
• Displays a data overwritten warning dialog requiring user action via Cancel, Overwrite, or Close buttons.
  

Change Benefit

• Enhanced Decision Control: Streamlines the approval and rejection process by presenting clear action buttons immediately.
• Data Integrity: Prevents accidental data loss through a required confirmation dialog before overwriting existing content.
  

Feature Workflow

When the agent is prompted to complete an action, the process follows these steps:

• A draft of the action is displayed [1].
• The location where the action will occur is shown [2].
• A prompt displays to approve or reject the action [3].
• The option to copy the content is available [4].

When an action is approved, a summary of what was completed displays.
