Description of Issue:
The color contrast between the "Browse" button for the New Quizzes file upload question type and its grey background is not meeting our accessibility standards.
Expected Behavior:
To modify the color contrast ratio and go above 4.5:1* https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG22/#contrast-minimum
Actual Behavior:
The contrast between the two colors are around 4.1:1
Steps to Reproduce:
- In an existing course, create a New Quiz and a File Upload question inside of it.
- Notice how the contrast falls below the WCAG22 Standards between the underlined “Browse“ button and its gray background
