Summary:
When viewing the gradebook the Turnitin flag displays inconsistently. The behavior is inconsistent, but if you refresh the page enough the issue will happen
User Expected Behavior:
The TII flag should display correctly every time the page loads.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a published course with at least one student and teacher
- Create an assignment and enable TII platform
- As the student, submit the assignment
- As the teacher, view the gradebook
