Summary:
Images on the questions appear broken when generating the quiz item analysis report for New Quizzes that have questions containing images. Images are visible during students attempt.
Expected Behavior:
Images should be shown in quiz and item analysis report.
Steps to Reproduce:
Prerequisite: Have a course with at lease 3 student enrollments.
- Create a New quiz
- Create a question and insert an image using “Insert” → “Image” → “Upload Image”
- Complete the quiz acting as at least 3 separate students.
- Generate “Quiz and Item Analysis” report
- Note that images are showing broken in report
