This behavior has been resolved and deployed to the production environment as of 1/28/26.
Summary:
Attempting to use the IP filters on a classic quiz to allow students to take the quiz only from certain ip addresses fails to properly allow access from those IP addresses in the Canada/YUL region.

Users with the correct IP access should be able to take classic
Steps to Reproduce
Prereq: Create an ip filter on the root account that has your current IP address in it.
- Create a classic quiz in a published course
- Add the ip filter you created with your IP in it to the ip filters on the quiz
- Open the quiz in student view and attempt to take the quiz
- Notice the error about the quiz being restricted to certain IP addresses.
