Change log-in email?

Hello,

My current position will be ending, so my email address through the university where I worked will be deactivated with the next few weeks. Is it possible to change my log-in email address to a different account? I have already added my other email addresses to the account, but I am not able to log in with them as of typing this message.

Hello @IanRandall777 - I cross referenced an earlier post/reply and that lead me to believe that while you can add email addresses and change the default email, it is not possible to change the login email for a free for teacher account. change user email - Instructure Community

That said, I just accessed the Pandabot AI help chat on this page Canvas Free For Teacher Orientation and asked the question. the response:

Hi @IanRandall777 ,

Jeff is correct, FFT users cannot delete their original email addresses. This is a setting that is currently locked at the admin level. I have forwarded this along for you to get your email address changed.
