Is it possible to retrieve courses used in the past that were removed?

When you are logged in to Canvas, you can click on "Courses" » "All Courses". This will show you all of your past, current, and future enrollments. Active courses (courses that are currently running) can be "favorited" with a star icon so that those courses show up on your Canvas Dashboard. You can hover over the star icon next to any course name to determine if it can be marked as a "favorite" or not. You can read more about this at:
