How to delete free lms account?

I've come across an annoying problem:

I have registered a free LMS student account with another email to test my course.

But after testing I just cannot even login to the test account with email and password.

And I cannot delete the test account, so now the test account just like a "zombie account".

What can I do?

Hi there @Kros ,

While the information @Chris_Hofer provided you with was accurate, unfortunately, student accounts do not have access to contact support on FFT.

I'm going to suggest that you contact community@instructure.com with the request to delete the account. Please provide information such as the email, and which domain you are using (canvas.instructure.com OR k12.instructure.com).

It sounds like you are using the FFT (Free For Teacher) version of Canvas. There is a Guide located at Canvas Free-for-Teacher FAQ that has information about deleting your account from the FFT environment. I hope this will be helpful for you.
