Engineers are currently investigating the issue.
Description
Creating a Fill in the blank question with open entry and saving it then deleting any answer appears to delete from the bottom up rather than the answer you selected to delete.
- After saving and re-editing it’s shown to have been just a visual bug and the correct option you selected was actually deleted.
Expected Behavior
Deleting an answer should always show the correct answer you chose to delete as having been deleted.
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce
-
Create a course that allows for new quizzes
-
Create a new quiz.
-
Add “Fill in the blank” question with multiple variables defined using the “open entry” “Specify correct answer” options
-
Save the question.
-
Edit the question and delete any of the answer options other than the last one
-
Notice how the lower most answer appears to disappear rather than the one that you selected to delete
-
Save the question and re edit the question to see the answers did save correctly just displayed incorrectly
