Registration error

I created new free student account but When I have received  account confirm mail from canvas even if I click the ''Click here to confirm this registration'' message,It only  takes me canvas login web site  and nothing  happens .I wrote technical  and additional assistance but they couldn't help me.Has anyone else encountered this error.Can you help me ?

You will need to sign into your account with the email / username and password that you created during sign-up to confirm registration.
