Description
Slightly moving your cursor while clicking the + to add people to an account group has it appear and disappear quickly.
Expected Behavior
Instead, it should remain open after clicking the +

No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce

Create an account group.

Click the + to add a user and slightly move the cursor while clicking.

Notice the prompt opens and closes immediately.

It was decided that the correct behavior for a popover is a single click, not a click-and-hold or drag.
