[OPEN] When assigning a module to an individual student or section, the assignees and assigned dates

Description

When assigning a module to an individual student or section, the assignees and assigned dates are not displayed on the Assignment Page.

Expected Behavior

The assignees and assigned dates should appear on the Assignment Page, similar to how they are displayed for “Everyone else.”

Workaround

• The assignees and assigned dates can be viewed and edited on the Assignment Edit Page.

• OR navigate to the Assignment page. Click “Assign to” and manually re-add the users.

  1. If assignees are listed, click “Clear” next to the availability dates, then save the changes to re-trigger their visibility on the Assignment Page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Prerequisite: have a course with multiple students or sections.

2. Create a module and Publish it.

3. Create an assignment in a module.

4. Assign the module itself to an individual section or person

5. Navigate to the assignment and observe that the assignees and assigned dates are missing from the Assignment Page.
