I am unable to register any of my students who have QQ addresses in my Canvas Free for Teachers site. I get an "internal error occurred" message. Is QQ not allowed as a domain for registration?

When it comes to signing into the Free for Teachers Canvas Instance with a third-party domain, the options for registration include the following:- Google- iCloud- Facebook- GitHub- LinkedIn- Microsoft- Twitter
Each of these third-party platforms have a button underneath the main username and password field. I will provide an image below as a visual.
However, if you are manually signing up with an email and password, then generally there shouldn't be any issues, unless the email is invalid.
