How do I start using Modules with requirements but also giving a choice of a written or digital asse

I know how to make modules with assignments and assessments. My question is at the end of the module. If I select "Do in order" in the edit button, then they don't have an option at the bottom of the module. Would I just create a new module with both assessments then in edit create a do this or that option in "edit"?
