Our Intelligent Insights indicates there are 18 LTI tools installed, but I'm not sure if this is accurate. Some tools I know of aren't shown in the list. What could be causing this discrepancy?
Hi @ctjune , can you provide some context please, where do you see this number? Is it in the LTI Usage page, or are you querying the Ask Your Data (AI) tool?
Hi GergelyTar, I am looking at the data on the LTI Usage page. The page shows 20 installed tools and I cannot find an LTI tool that we are using from the list of 20.
OK, thanks GergelyTar, I will try launch the tool to see if the LTI Usage tool can capture the data. Typically, how long does it take for data to be reflected on the LTI usage page after launching the tool?
It should take somewhere around 4-6 hrs. Do let me know if it doesn't show up let's say by tomorrow and we'll investigate further.
Hi GergelyTar, we launched an LTI tool that was not listed on the LTI usage page yesterday. We checked the page again this morning, and the launched tool still hasn’t appeared. I believe the LTI usage page does not capture all the LTI data for our instance.

Hi GergelyTar, the name of the LTI tool is 'In-video Activity'. It is a home-grown tool on LTI 1.1 tool. Thanks.

On April 21 and 27, 2026, the student’s submission page appeared empty on my end. Upon checking again on May 5, 2026, a submission is now visible and is dated April 21 at 9:01 AM.
