When I try to look at my bookshelf it says launch error with a little spaceship. What do I do to view my bookshelf?

It sounds like this Bookshelf LTI would be a tool installed within a Canvas course to allow students to access their course material.
We would recommend reaching out to the instructor of the course if you are seeing an error as they should manage the tools being used inside the Canvas course.
