Scores aren't showing up in Synergy from Canvas

When I sync from Canvas to Synergy, everything looks fine and there are no errors. It says completed. However, my Synergy grades do not update. The assignment titles and columns are there in Synergy but there are no points given, even though they are there in Speedgrader. Why aren't my points syncing?

@phototeacher I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your grades syncing to Synergy.  There are a couple of reasons that this may be happening, and you may want to contact Canvas Support to have them look at what is the cause in your course, but some of the possible reasons include:

• You haven't posted the grades in Canvas.  If the grades are hidden/unposted, they will not sync from Canvas to Synergy.
• It is outside of the grading period associated with the assignments (if your district uses grading periods).
• The students in the course were manually enrolled and not via the SIS Integration with Synergy.  Manually-enrolled students will never be included in grade syncs.
