I want to be able to have participants see module one of my course Positive Anxiety Mindset with a secret link for free and then have to sign up for each additional module of the 12 modules for a $20 fee on my website checkout.
Canvas does not yet have an option to give individual students access to an upcoming module, @FrederickHoops. You can create a workaround through the requirement options for modules. In each of your additional modules, create a no-submission assignment early in the module. Make that assignment a requirement (say, score 1 out of 1) and make sure to select the option that students must move through requirements in sequential order:

Then as students pay via your website checkout, you could give them a point for the assignment that is a requirement, thereby unlocking the rest of the module.

I am trying to generate the Item Analysis report ONLY for the current students enrolled in the course, not for previous participants. Despite deactivating and removing the former students, the Item Analysis report is still including their information. I need information for the current 5 participants, not the past 5, but…
I am trying to setup automatic email alerts to the students once the assignment due date has crossed. Is there a way to do that with Free for Teachers Canvas or other alternate options?
