Unable to retrieve Token

I am getting an error with our roster import and grady sync between Canvas and Skyward.  we keep getting a " has failed - Unable to retrieve token: No token was received from the authentication endpoint"

 

From what I can see our SIS is working with our other systems.

I am sorry to hear you are having this problem! It can happen for a few reason but it's hard to know exactly without seeing the entire error message being generated. 

If you're issue isn't resolved I would advise reaching out to Canvas Support for assistance from the SIS team.
