Does anyone have a suggestion when the grades for one student do not sync to PowerSchool? The grades for all the other students are syncing just fine. I am just seeking thoughts on why and a direction to start looking.

Hey! I always start by going to the Grade Sync page to troubleshoot any issues with Grade Sync.
The page should let you know why the one student isn't syncing correctly. Also, if you're using the OneRoster integration, grades only sync if there have been changes and the assignment has grades in it.

The Remaster grades button is found on the Grade Sync, then the Utilities tab. It basically re-sends all assignments and scores from Canvas to PowerSchool. I advise always downloading a copy of your grade book before hitting the button. This may work for new students whose scores are not syncing over yet.

Is there ANY way to automate/force Canvas to sync ungraded assignments with Veracross SIS? right now our only solution is to require teachers to enter a fake grade, sync, and then remove it. I am willing to entertain 3rd party solutions if there is one available.

When a student turns in a late assignment, I need it to also show as late in Skyward. Having to go in and manually mark multiple assignments late for 130 students is tedious and time consuming. If Canvas recognizes the assignment as late, the same mark needs to be sent to Skyward when it is synced.
How do I add a student to an existing benchmark assessment tracker? The students were imported from our SIS when tracker was created and this student has recently enrolled.
