I have an assignment link for students to add an item from the course to their ePortfolio. How can I see what they have added in order to grade it?
Hi @KathleenPickrel,
Generally, what I've seen faculty do is set up an assignment with the website url submission option so students can share their ePortfolio link. There may be other ways to accomplish this (we disabled ePortfolios here quite a few years ago, so I can't verify for sure), but I think this may be the easiest one.
Hope this helps!

To check out what your students have added to their ePortfolios and grade it, you'll typically need access to the ePortfolio system or tool you're using. Unfortunately, I can't access specific systems, and the process can vary depending on the platform you're using. Look for features like "View Student Submissions" or "Grade Student Work" within your ePortfolio system. If you have a teacher or administrator role, there should be a way to review and grade the content your students have added. Happy grading! 📝👩🏫👨🏫

I know that Folio will no longer be accessible after June 30, 2026. What will happen to the portfolio links that students share, can they still see them after June 30, 2026?
