reset password

This is one of the most confusing platform for teaching. I tried resetting my password twice https://cteteach.instructure.com/login/canvas

Waited for over an hour, still have not receive and email to reset it. Is this reset request going to Canvas or the institution using this platform ?

Who should I go to for resetting password - Canvas ? or my institution that is using this platform ?
