I am having trouble fixing the accounts, either the wrong person is on the account or the wrong email is on the account. Need help resetting the accounts. Thank you for your time.
Hello @mlawson-1125. In the process of adding an additional email address to your account, there is a check box to use that as your login email:
Option to use new email as the login email address.
