We’ve been heads down working on role and hierarchy-based permissions to enable sub-account admins to use Impact within your school, faculty, and department. In chatting with our customers, we discovered that having accurate reporting isn’t the only pain point - sub-account admins must also be able to have distributed access to reporting, messaging, walkthroughs, and support. Therefore, we will be adding this functionality into our plans, with a plan to release this late Q2 '23.
