As the title says I want to make a testing student account so I can see grades and quizzes. I can't make a student account without join code and I don't have "observer" under my profile to make an observer code I need help I'm lost
Are you an instructor of a Canvas course? If so, just click on "Student View." Then, you will be able to see what your students can see, You'll also be able to submit assignments, take quizzes, and participate in discussions as a "Test Student." Within "Student View," you'll see how the grades and/or feedback for your Test Student.
O.K. Just rereading your title. Why don't you want to use Student View? What else are you trying to do that you can't already do within Student View?
