I am using Canvas Free for Teachers. Some of the students enrolled in our courses have forgotten their password. When they "Request for Password", they don't receive any email from Canvas. Is there any way I can reset their password from Canvas?
Hi! Sometimes the "Request for Password" button needs to be clicked twice with FFT. Could you ask your students to try again?
If clicking and clicking again doesn't help, please email Community@instructure.com with the URL of the course and your students' names. I can email them individually and provide a temporary password and instructions on how to reset it.
I imported quizes from a paid Canvas account to my Free Canvas for Teachers account. When I try to edit the quiz in the imported course, it says the questions are in groups.
