Missing the ability to add listings and sub-catalogs?

Hey everyone,

For the past three days, we have lost the ability to add listings or sub-catalogs, but the rest of the admin privileges work. I am the root admin, anyone else have an issue with this?

Support has been pretty bad without any response or acknowledgment that they are working on the issue.

I have not been seeing this issue. Are there error messages or does the sub-catalog/course just not show up?
