Why would PowerSchool only import grades after a certain date?

I tried syncing my Canvas gradebook with our new PowerSchool system, and it's a mess.  Grades came out completely incorrect in the PTP gradebook.  It turns out, PowerSchool only imported grades from 9/25 and later; anything in my gradebook before 9/25, the assignment transferred, but none of the grades.  Any thoughts?

Great question!

We had the same issue when importing grades for our first quarter reporting term. Several teachers noted that assignments assessed earlier in the year were NOT syncing. 

I'd have to go back and check, but I believe they eventually DID sync. It wasn't because of anything I had done. I'll double check for sure and hopefully get back in the coming days.
